The Spencer Family, August 8th 2010

Lindsay Spencer was the dance choreographer of Mr. Spartan 2009 when I was a senior in high school.

Now high school is over, Lindsay has a family, and I am off at college.

Wouldn’t think I’d see her very often, huh?

Not so.

Every time I come home from college I visit Lindsay, Mark, and Riley at least once. And this summer I took pictures of Riley, once at the beginning of summer and once at the end.

Not only is it evident that Riley has grown up a lot in two months, its also very obvious that I’ve gotten a lot better at portrait taking in that time as well. I’ve taken thousands of pictures this summer, sometimes more than a thousand on a single shoot, and it looks like the massive amounts of shutter clicking ha begun to pay off.
